ABOUT PILATES

Most people will have heard of Pilates at some point in their life but are unsure of exactly what a “Pilates session” entails.

Created over 90 years ago by Joseph Hubertus Pilates it is a system of movement and body-conditioning, carried out on machines or on the floor (aka “Matwork”).
