WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE

I have been teaching Pilates in Estepona, Costa del Sol, Spain, since 2006, having qualified as a Pilates Instructor with The Body Control Pilates Association in London. I am also on The Register of Exercise Professionals.

All of the classes are taught on the floor (aka “Matwork”), and my classes are varied and fun, often incorporating the use of small pieces of equipment such as stability balls, toning circles, hand weights and resistence bands.

If you are considering trying out Pilates for the first time, then I hope you find the information contained in my website informative and useful and enough to entice you to try a class at least once!!
